The Healing Power of Forgiveness

Unforgiveness can present as a major roadblock on the journey to wholeness, posing a threat to our overall health (physical, emotional, spiritual). Unforgiveness, resentment, bitterness, and anger can be likened to the four walls of a prison cell. Forgiveness is the key to break free from that prison. In this highly interactive workshop, participants will learn the stages of forgiveness and learn how to break free from the prison of unforgiveness. This workshop includes a guided meditation on BEING and a forgiveness ritual.
